When requesting a prescription it can now take FIVE working days to process. This is due to the Coronavirus Emergency with additional time taken to source medicine which is in short supply and deal with queries and safety issues.. Please order your prescription early enough in order to allow for this extra processing time.
Please ensure that you order by email, through this website or through Patient Access Online to minimise your visits to surgery. You should also nominate a pharmacy to which we can send your prescription electronically for the same reason.
If you have no other way of requesting a prescription. you can write us a note including your name, address, medications required and which pharmacy you collect from if relevant and drop this in or post it to us.

To register for this service you will need to come in to the surgery bringing two forms of ID and we can activate it for you. Acceptable forms of ID are basically any official document that gives your name and address so examples are passport, driving licence, utility bill, bank statement.

For reasons of clinical safety we cannot accept telephone requests.
Please allow five working days for the prescription to be ready.
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to consult with a doctor, physician associate, clinical pharmacist or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.
Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
