Private Services
The Practice holds a contract with Buckinghamshire Primary Care Trust to provide NHS Services. Any work falling outside this contract is private and a fee will be charged.
We are now able to offer Private Insurance, Driving, Mortgage and Pre-Employment medical examinations within 48 hours (excluding weekends).
Please contact the surgery (01494 445150) and ask to speak to one of our Administrators for more information or to book an appointment.
You will need to arrange for the body requesting the examination to state exactly what is required from the medical examination in writing or to provide a form to complete. The request may be faxed to us on 01494 478659.
If you have any statutory forms e.g. DVLA driver's licence ones or the letter in your possession, please bring them with you to your appointment, together with an urine sample taken that day.
