Cherrymead Surgery Emergencies

If you become ill and need to speak to a doctor urgently please call and ask to speak to the duty doctor, who is available during surgery hours Monday to Friday.

You will be asked to leave your name and number and the doctor will return your call as soon as possible, and usually within 2 hours.

They will offer you either an immediate appointment, or advice and possibly a later appointment. This could be at either Flackwell Heath or Loudwater surgery, and may not be with the doctor of your choice.

If you are concerned that you or a family member has a life-theatening emergency condition, you may dial 999 and request an ambulance or tell our receptionist your concern so that she can contact the Duty Doctor urgently.
