New registration requests

We will contact you within 2 working days to let you know whether you are in our practice area and can be registered.

Repeat Prescriptions

For repeat prescriptions please use our repeat prescriptions form

PLEASE NOTE : Repeat prescriptions require a minimum of 2 working days to be processed. If you ask for it to be sent direct to a Pharmacy, you need to allow another day.

Please note if the medicine needs re-authorising by a GP, this adds a further day to the processing.

Loudwater Surgery

From the A40 in Loudwater, turn into Station Road. Take the first right into Queensmead Road if you are registered at our Loudwater site. We are in the second building on the left.

Flackwell Heath Surgery

For our Flackwell Health surgery proceed along Station Road to the mini-roundabout and then straight up Treadaway Hill. At the mini-roundabout at the top, turn left into Straight Bit. We are on the left.
